Being a top model for more than 20years had taken a serious toll on my health. Poor eating and a grueling work schedule really left me feeling worn out and disconnected with myself and with my body. I started having problems with adult acne, bloating and poor digestion, my hair was brittle and dry and I just did not feel nor look my best. Considering that my work is based on my appearance it was really important for me to find a better way to care for myself. I discovered yoga and juice detoxing and it changed my life. I noticed my body changing and my abdominal bloat disappearing, my acne cleared up, my hair began to grow and look healthier, my body became leaner and more defined and I felt mentally sharper and connected with my body like never before. Juice detoxing is not easy and it requires discipline and sacrifice but it is something that I welcome in my life especially when the results are so rewarding. I am no health guru and I enjoy a great bottle of wine, a plate sized Argentinean steak and desserts that make you swoon but balance is the key. Live life, eat well, treat your body right. I promise its worth.
